I've mentioned before that Kirsten loves crafts. I've also mentioned before that I love crafts that involve handprints/footprints/thumbprints, etc. (see thumbprint heart magnets and handstamp hearts for Valentine's day). Here's just a sampling of some of the wonderful keepsake crafts that we've made this past year. Most of them we've turned into animals. Aren't they just the cutest thing ever? I'm sure this will not be the last time you'll be seeing crafts like this on this blog. I can't get enough of them. Although probably self-explanatory, here's what they are:
First collage:
1. chick
2. fish
3. butterfly
4. lobster
5. elephant
6. octopus
7. peacock
8. swan
9. crab
Second collage:
1. rudolph the red-nosed reindeer
2. thanksgiving turkey
3. angel
4. ghost
5. very hungry caterpillar for Cam's first birthday
6. spider
7. sun
8. santa
9. goldfish

Hi Mommakiss! Thank-you so much for visiting my blog! I use crayola washable kids paint 99% of the time and love it. It's non-toxic and wipes off their hands easily. Plus, if they get some on their clothes, it washes right out beautifully. I hope that helps!
ReplyDeleteYou have some great inspiration on your blog!...thanks so much! :)

ReplyDeleteI love these but I am a little embarrassed to ask - what type of paint do you use? I am not a huge crafter but love to learn!
ReplyDeleteHi! There's a link to the paint I use at the bottom of this post (right before the comments). It's crayola kids washable paints. It's non-toxic, so it's safe for their sweet little hands and feet :-)
