Happy Canada Day!

Pin It Happy Canada Day! Today I'm going to celebrate this lovely day off work out at camp. BBQ, nice weather, bubbles, water, family. The kids and I can't wait to get out of the house and go. I'll leave you with a little Canada Day craft. Yes, another handprint craft. Handprint Canada Day Flags. Really cute and really easy. Here's the instructions:

Handprint Canadian Maple Leaf Flags:

Kirsten's handprint flag:



Camden's handprint flag:



What you'll need:

1 large piece white paper
red construction paper
red paint
paint brush

Directions:

1. paint your child's palm red
2. stamp their palm 3 times in the centre of your white paper to form a maple leaf pattern.
3. paint on a red stem
4. cut out 2 red strips from your construction paper and glue on the sides of your white paper. Pin It
