footprint birdies

It’s craft time again. This week we made adorable little footprint birdies. The kids just loved this and have enjoyed playing with their little birdies. This was really easy and makes for a great keepsake craft. Here’s the directions:

What you’ll need:

white cardstock, or other thick paper
orange cardstock
paint
paintbrush
feathers
glue
googly eyes

Directions:

1. paint your child’s foot and stamp on the white cardstock. Allow to dry.
2. cut the footprint out of the cardstock.
3. glue three feathers onto the back of the footprint.
4. glue on 2 googly eyes and an orange triangle nose.

these are super cute! My daughter made ghosts like these at preschool that she loved. this is a great way to do that project again this week!

If you have other kid friendly crafts, we’d love it if you would submit them. If you would like to display a featured button on your site, you can grab one from the right side bar of your post above. Thanks for a wonderful project idea!
