So this lunch isn't quite what I had envisioned in my head. It's supposed to be a party hat with confetti. Instead it kind of looks like a big mess. I didn't even realize until after I took the picture and gave my kids the lunch that I forgot to put anything inside the wrap! I quickly got some rotisserie chicken and cheddar cheese and put it on the plate for my starving kiddos. My bad. Here's how I made this
party hat - spinach wrap cut into party hat with regular tortilla wrap for top and bottom of hat. Don't forget the filling! I would have used rotisserie chicken and cheddar cheese if I had remembered! I used my food safe markers (LOVE!) to write 2011 on the hat.
confetti - sliced green grapes, blueberries, sliced carrots and pomegranate seeds
I want to wish each and every one of you a very happy new year! I am so blessed to have 'met' so many wonderful people this year through this blog. It truly is amazing. See you guys in 2011!
