fun food friday: carrot top and other stuff

funfood
This lunch doesn’t really have a theme – it’s just a mish mash of stuff. Although there is a cute little carrot top guy that the kids thought was daddy! I almost died laughing. And for the record, yes the hubby is a red head. The kids ate every bite of this lunch. Lunches don’t have to be complicated, even the easy ones are a hit. Here’s how I made it:

carrot top guy – aka daddy: peanut butter sandwich cut into circle, matchstick carrots for hair, apple mouth, cheese nose and candy eyes.

silicone muffin liners filled with unsweetened berry applesauce with sprinkles on top and another filled with blueberries.

apple slices and blueberries for garnish.
