lovebird

I'm finally on to all the fun Valentine's stuff we've been doing. This was a really simple craft that Kirsten and I did while Cam was napping last week. I cut out various shapes and colours of hearts and Kirsten assembled an adorable little birdie out of them. Cute, fun and easy. Here's how you make it:

What you'll need:

craft foam - different colours and I used plain and glittered
scissors
paper
glue
googly eye
sharpie

Directions:

1. Cut hearts out of your craft foam. You'll need 1 large heart for the body, 2 smaller hearts for the wing and tail, and 4 small hearts for the feet, head feather and mouth.
2. Glue the hearts on your paper to make your little lovebird.
3. Glue on a googly eye and use your sharpie to draw legs.
