fun food friday: another lucky lunch

funfood35
I know, St. Patty’s day was yesterday. In my defense, I actually made this lunch for my kids last week and had to wait until Friday to post it. I can’t exactly post a fun food friday on say, Tuesday. That just wouldn’t be right. Anyway, this was really fun and easy. I got the pepper idea from Martha Stewart and it’s just brilliant. Unfortunately, neither of my kids like peppers and they didn’t eat them. They loved everything else though – especially the rainbow cupcakes. We made these earlier in the week and you can find the recipe here . Here’s how I made this lunch:

Sandwich cut into circle shape. Sliced green peppers for the 4-leaf clovers. Vanilla yogurt with green sprinkles and a rainbow cupcake for dessert.

Now why didn’t I think of that? All I managed to pull off here was green smoothies for breakfast and lucky charms for snack. I’ve got a lot of note taking to do from you my dear! You were by far my favorite find of the week :)

You are seriously creative. Made my daughter the Leprechaun guy for St. Paddys, the entire class was crowded around her to check it out! Thanks for your awesome shares!
