Here's a really fun lunch for St. Patrick's day. This was really easy to put together and the kids really enjoyed it. I put a few treats in this lunch, and was surprised when the kids ate the healthy stuff first and didn't even touch the rainbow belt candy. That doesn't usually happen! Here's how to make this lunch:
Lephrechaun sandwich - chicken sandwich cut into circle - green apple cut into hat shape with a yellow sprinkle - icing eyes and food marker smile - matchstick carrot beard and hair
Vanilla yogurt with a rainbow belt, rainbow covered sunflower seeds and a pot o' gold (banana coins).
