Here's a super adorable and super easy Summer cupcake. It would be great for a beach-themed party, and under the sea themed party, or for just about anything Summer-related. I made cupcakes, frosted them in white icing, and sprinkled graham cracker crumbs all over the icing. The crab is made from a red jordan almond, the legs are red licorice lace, and the crab claws are cut from red laffy taffy. I used white icing and a toothpick to dot on a dot of black gel icing for the eyes.
