Day 3 of my bento week is upon us and I'm really excited about today's post. A couple weeks ago I decided I wanted to update the lunch box ideas list I made last year. I wanted something more fun. I looked everywhere for clipart, but didn't want to pay a fortune buying it either. I decided to make my own. I've never made clip art before, so I didn't know what I was getting into, but I'm beyond pleased with the results. I designed all the cute little kawaii fruits/veggies/foods you've been seeing on my bento week posts, as well as the clip art for my 2 free printables below. They may not be perfect, but I sure am in love. It's always amazing to me what I can accomplish when I just sit down and take the time to figure it out. It's finding the time to figure it out that's usually the problem though, lol. So, without further ado, here is today's post.

My first freebie printable is an update of my lunch box ideas from last year. It's basically the same foods, just a few new items. It has a whole updated look though. Print it out and stick it on your fridge. That way you can consult it when making lunches to help give you ideas. I use mine all the time!

I'm really excited about my next freebie printable. Lunch box love notes. I love the idea of sending a little love to your kiddo in the form of a note in their lunch box. If you have young kids who can't read yet (like mine), you can write very simple messages (I heart U), if your kids are a little older, you can write whatever you want! Print out the sheet and cut them out. 1 sheet will give you 8 loves notes. You can laminate them, or leave them as is. Write a little love message and toss it in their lunch. I can't wait to use these!! They are just too cute.

ReplyDeleteThanks Jen!
DeleteI'm having trouble downloading these. When I click the link it takes me to something called Google Drive? Can anyone help?
ReplyDeleteThanks!
Google docs is where I've uploaded them to so people can download/print them. I'm not sure what's happening when you click the link? It takes me right to the screen of the printable. Maybe do you have to sign in first or something? If you're having a lot of difficulty you can leave me your email address and I can email them to you. I hope that helps!
DeleteThank you for the link to the printables. They are adorable!
